The Jewish Senior Life Outpatient Rehabilitation Center provides multi-disciplinary services on an outpatient basis to the Jewish community and the community at large. The center serves the rehabilitation needs of adults, seniors and medically-complex patients, assisting them in remaining independent in their own homes.
Our individualized treatment programs include:
- Physical therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Speech and language therapy
- Massage therapy
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Low vision and functional vision services
- Incontinence therapy
- Transportation available within Monroe County
