Memory Care Program

The Memory Care Program at the Jewish Home offers a welcoming, enriching atmosphere, with care plans customized to the needs of each resident.

Our 38-bed residence is devoted to making life more open and enjoyable for residents. Our on-unit recreational therapy staff integrates our residents into regular activities at the Jewish Home, where they enjoy a full range of events, entertainment and recreation, all within a secure, safe environment.

We understand that respect begins with a willingness to listen. That’s why we take particular note of residents’ experiences, remembrances and preferences, right along with medical needs. Our staff recognizes that the needs of residents may change daily. We’re committed to remaining flexible in our approach to these changing needs and individual preferences.
